Description
Limited exterior framing alterations to accommodate replacement and/or installation of exterior doors and windows at existing openings. Work includes reframing and adjustment of rough openings as required and reframing of an existing non-load-bearing decorative pillar. No load-bearing walls, beams, headers, foundations, roof framing, or other structural components are proposed to be altered under this scope of work.
