Description
Remove existing deficient front porch. Pour new reinforced concrete substructure for existing stone slab steps. Shift location of existing steps by 12" away from existing porch, to accommodate better drainage and prevent water infiltration. Reuse existing stone steps and rails. Replace front porch with concrete pedestal pavers and EPDM roofing below, to prevent water infiltration.
