Description
The renovations are contemplated as part of a single-phase construction project. The project consists of a Level 3 renovation to Nine PBSΓÇÖs 26-year-old ΓÇ£broadcastΓÇ¥ facility in the Grand Center Arts District to meet the following programmatic needs: more collaborative officing environment including ample meeting/huddle rooms, hospitality areas both for staff and for large public gatherings, a more accessible welcoming and generous sense of arrival (re. new addition, monumental stair), highly flexible convening spaces to support gatherings of up to 500, and inclusive restrooms and wellness rooms with enhanced access to the adjacent Public Media Commons, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
