Description
Full reroof. The job consists of removing the existing slate tile roof down to a clean substrate, with a new substrate(roof deck) to be installed if it is found to be out of code or manufacturer recommendations. Ice and water barrier shall be used to local and manufacturer specifications recommendations. This project will then be installed with a new brava synthetic roof system, with all manufacturer recommendations followed. The 1.5 EPDM roof covering will also be replaced with like and kind at this time.
